We are seeking several new enthusiastic colleagues and project leaders!
We are currently looking for a number of experienced and forward thinking professionals with project management and leadership experience to join our dynamic project office and lead projects within global R&D. As project leader at the ImmunoDiagnostic Division (IDD) Project Management Office you will inspire the activities of cross-functional project teams and play a central role in the business ensuring excellence in project leadership and setting up a state-of-the-art project office.
Specifically there are opportunities to run projects within:
• Phadia Laboratory systems portfolio
• Phadia ImmunoCap Allergy portfolio
Objective
Reporting to the Director of Project Management Office this leadership role will be responsible for driving project management to the next level by securing cross-functional cooperation locally and globally, and with accountability in delivering the right projects timely and within budget.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Provide leadership and direction
• Develop, manage and drive improvements by involvement, supporting teamwork and applying our structured models within project management
• Drive engagement of your team
• Cooperate with key stakeholders on site and globally within a matrix-organization
• Communicate, execute and report on project plans and KPI's
• Accountable for meeting project targets
What you need to be successful in this role?
• Display exceptional project management knowledge - you know that personal skills and attitude are more important than textbook knowledge
• University degree in mechanical or electronic engineering and/or natural science
• Familiar with the quality requirements for IVD or Medical Device products
• Established strong leadership and personnel management skills that inspire and motivate in a global cross-functional organization - you know what it takes to drive a team to perform their best
• Display a desire to push the operation 'to consistenly be better' whilst acknowledging and sharing the achievements of the team
• Good and strong communication skills in Swedish and English adept with communication at all levels in a professional and effective manner
• Highly organized and delivery focused with an inquisitive and highly analytical nature
