Description of the assignment:
You will develop and contribute to Service portfolio management and evaluation of service concepts from customer and business perspective. The role is expected to have a holistic and end-to-end perspective, while being the pragmatic driver of initiatives at the same time. Contribute in the packaging of services into total offerings to customers on multiple markets within the area of Service Engineering. Contribute to the improvement and development of a structured approach to service business development with regards to processes, methodology and tools such as customer journey map, value proposition canvas, etc. in order to facilitate informed decisions.
Personal skills:
We are looking for an individual with at least three years of experience from developing service offerings to target different brands and customer segments as well as solid experience from project management with focus on user and customer experience and service business development. The person should have excellent commercial and technical understanding and preferably be with an automotive background. Experience from working within global organizations and with different cultures is expected. Good understanding of process and method development is needed. The person has a master's degree, preferable within IT, computer science or UX design. Excellent presentation and language skills in English are mandatory, fluent in Swedish or Chinese is a merit.
