hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Mindconnect AB i Stockholm As a project leader you will be responsible for planning, managing, implementing and executing projects at set time, cost and quality. Along reviewing projects that will decrease the company's cost and optimize employees communication methods. Reporting the progress of the project is an important part of that work.
Plans, leads and coordinates activities within their own areas of responsibility. Follows up and evaluates operations against set targets. Adopt or propose measures in case of deviations. Draws up proposals for policies and strategies, as well as methods and techniques for implementing and following up the business and its results. Make priorities and redepositions, as well as decide on actions, responsible for organizational and working methods, as well as personnel development.
Apart from being team-oriented with an ability to carry out your own tasks, we are looking for knowledge in a combination of these skills:
• Bachelor in Business Administration
• International experience/Experience aboard
• Experience and knowledge in the Latin American market
• Proven experience leading and organizing events
• Project administration experience
• Proven experience in pubic relationship skills
• Ability to work within international teams
• Leadership skills
• Excellence at managing multiple priorities
• Language proficiency required: Good English, Basic Swedish, Third Language either Spanish or Portuguese.
• Academic, volunteering or previous internship experiences related to the job are a plus
