We are seeking a Project Manager to the Bioprocess Project Office, reporting into the Global R&D organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing Life Cycle Management projects. These are mostly related to instruments but could also be partly software related depending on the projects. The projects are accountable for driving quality improvements, obsolescence, vitality reviews as well as cost out activities, the aim is to deliver solutions for the Bioprocess market.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Execute one or several cross functional projects according to our product development process and local instructions
• Define project scope in collaboration with responsible Product Management function and RnD resources
• Plan the project involving all sections and departments that are stakeholders of the project
• Drive and facilitate project work ensuring that necessary decisions to reach company goals are made and effected
• Manage deviations in the project by rearranging resources within the project, and/or change objectives in agreement with Project Committees, R&D management and line managers
• Monitor project progress and cost development and in collaboration with portfolio manager work out opportunities to deliver according to set up scope and within set time and budget frames
• Report progress to Project Committee and/or Steering Committee. Make presentations to either body as requested
Qualifications/Requirements:
• MSc or equal knowledge from experience
• Strong relevant industrial experience
• Project management training (e.g. in project planning, cost control, risk analysis, project financials)
• Solid experience from Instrument development or production
• Proven track-record in successful project deliveries
• Structured, communicative and pragmatic
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and direct people
• English and Swedish as working language
