What we need
ARCCORE is growing very fast and we are therefore searching for a Project Leader to strengthen one of our teams. The Project Leader will work as part of a scrum team to lead software integration projects primarily in the areas of automotive embedded software. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of software automotive industry experience with at least 2 years of proven leadership skills preferable using agile methodologies.As a Project leader, you lead by example and feel devoted to the responsibility that comes with having direct reporters. You are result oriented, communicative and happy to delegate responsibility to enable your co-workers to grow.
Main duties
• The role includes long term planning, lead and follow-up of activities and reporting of status
• Lead a scrum teams of engineers to coordinate several integration Projects
• Ensure competence development within the team
• Report and follow up regarding budget, progress, quality and risks
• Improve existing agile processes and ways of working to meet future goals
• Be in daily contact with our customers
• Discuss technical issues and solutions with the customer togheter with the team members
• Technical knowledge about Software Integration in a Continuous Integration framework
Required qualifications
• MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Documented leaderships skills
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers, engineers, and business stakeholders
• More than three years experience in embedded software development
• Clear experience in leading using Agile development methods
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent in Swedish and English
• Autosar knowledge is useful but not required
