hela Sverige ALTEN Technical Direction in Stockholm is now seeking for two project lead to strengthen our inhouse capabilities within engineering. One with experience within Software and one within Hardware. This is an opportunity to become a member of our Technical Direction where we are currently delivering work packages and development teams to several major clients in Sweden. We are looking for someone with solid experience who can supervise, lead and engage with different development projects of various complexity. You should have a technical background within engineering as well as experience with managing projects and/or teams. Technical Direction is a division consisting of senior leaders and experts in different engineering areas such as Mechanical Engineering and Software engineering.
Personal traits we are looking for is ambition, drive and a will to constantly develop both yourself and your teams. We expect you to be flexible since we are working in a fast-paced world but also able to deliver projects and teams with expected quality, time and budget.
YOUR JOB WILL MAINLY CONSIST OF:
Managing projects, teams and/or development efforts in engineering domain
Monitor and secure the budget for each work package
Coach team members
Make sure we deliver on time with expected quality and budget
WE WANT YOU TO HAVE:
Minimum B.Sc. in some engineering technology field such as Mechanical Engineering OR Embedded software engineering/IT
5+ years of experience from technical development projects
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Swedish and English
An interest to combine business, technology and leadership in the same role
Leadership experience
Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
