Role summary:
As a Project Lead in Field Sales, you play a pivotal role in driving critical initiatives within the department. Collaborating closely with the Manager Field Sales, your primary objective is to ensure the smooth implementation of projects that align with the overall goals of the organization. The focus is to ensure collaboration between Key Account & Trade Marketing/Business digital Engagement.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with Manager Field Sales to define and execute critical initiatives aligned with departmental and company goals.
Ensure Field Sales teams incl. Field Trainer and Tele Sales are within deadline with planning, execution, and completion of projects.
Develop Field Sales plan to find gaps and wins both in short and long terms together with Manager Field Sales.
Act as the contact person for Key Account and Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy & Digital Engagement teams linked to implementation of projects.
Conduct weekly/monthly status meetings to review progress, deal with challenges, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Conduct weekly/monthly status meetings to review progress vs. objectives and sales cycle KPI 's.
Drive process linked to objectives and sales cycle KPI 's.
Support with internal controls as per requirements.
Who you are
• University degree in marketing/economics/management or equivalent, and /or relevant professional experience within the retail / consumer experience industry.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management/ as a project leader.
• Experience from FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong planning skills and ability to balance multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong networking and partner management skills.
• Eger to learn and develop.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English is required
