As Project Lead Engineer at the Control and Protection department you will be a member of the project office. Here, you will be responsible for delivering Control & Protection systems of our HVDC converter stations and manage its commissioning all over the world.
You shall lead multi-discipline engineering team and be overall responsible for the technical scope, project delivery plan, financial planning and risk mitigation. It shall be your endeavor to apply industry best practices and engineering tools to optimize overall engineering process.
You are a technical entrepreneur with knowledge in, and 5 years' experience of complex engineering project management, preferably within HVDC technology. Furthermore, you are structured, flexible and hold great qualifications in engineering project management. If you combine all this with a relevant university degree, this can be the right challenge for you.
You will be part of HVDC within the Power Grids division in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems.
