Project support is a team within Market Support in SCO Capital Equipment. This team supports Platform and Market Company packaging line projects, with the necessary skills and training needed in project engineering and project management; aiming to increase Market Companies competence within this field.
As a Project engineering specialist in Project support you are able to influence how we deliver our equipment as well as identifying and driving internal improvement projects for development of activities and services. The mission for Project Support is to develop and transfer knowledge in packaging line and plant layout design to the Market Companies Project Engineers. With us, you ll be contributing to your own development in an exciting company that aims for continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities
• Support MC Project Engineers in designing customer layouts according to approved guidelines and best practice
• Perform quality reviews/checks on our customer's layouts and issue Internal Performance Specifications where needed
• Benchmark global industry and define best practice in packaging line and plant layout design.
The position can be based either in Lund or Modena, Italy.
Publiceringsdatum2011-11-11KvalifikationerThe right candidate has great communication skills which are needed to be the link between the development side and the market companies. You also need to be a self-motivated person with a drive to seek knowledge and add value to the team and the business. You are able to dive into details when necessary but can still retain the overall picture. Being structured and well organized are necessary to be successful. You have a degree in Engineering and have experience from project management. We believe you also have experience from installation work as well as a good understanding of line engineering. Knowledge in Autocad is necessary. Experience from an international environment is a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
