hela Sverige ALTEN IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER FOR AN EXCITING ASSIGNMENT AT ONE OF OUR BIGGEST CLIENTS IN STOCKHOLM!
Do you thrive to work with technology and at the same time leadership? Do you have work-experience as a mechanical designer and want to take the next step in your career as a project manager? If so, you might be the one we are looking for.
As a person, we believe that you have excellent communication and coordination skills. You are highly dedicated in leading and engaging others where the main goal is to together creating results. The personal qualities that we further value are the ability to driving projects and in that way create confidence to build long lasting relationships with our customers. Lastly, we want someone who is genuinely interested in technology!
Your responsibilities as a project leader will include leading cross-functional teams where you should outline project plans, identify constraints and success factor. You are responsible for status reports and result-oriented follow-ups. Furthermore you should ensure that overall project targets are known and that each team member is clear on their expected contribution, as for example, time, cost, scope.
Thus, you must demonstrate ability or experience in:
• An ability to see how projects affects the overall picture
• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience as a project leader in high tech industries
• Have additional experience from working as an engineer
• Exceptional oral and written skills in English and Swedish
