Your mission?
To lead, manage and control all engineering-related activities in the project to deliver on requirements, budget and schedule.
To ensure "lessons learned" and best practices are applied on projects and transferred to new projects.
Maintain Engineering Interface with customers.
Key responsibilities?
To lead all aspects of design, implementation, testing and commissioning required to deliver the scope of the engineering project.
Establish and maintain interfaces with other engineering departments and with all relevant functions.
Continuous optimization of project engineering processes, tools and behaviour by taking the business requirements, customer needs, technical innovations and the new market conditions into account.
Monitor, control and report monthly for all product related financial aspects
Ensuring that relevant skills are made available by the engineering function in order to fulfill project requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
Strong communication and diplomacy skills
Good commercial awareness
Strong understanding of concepts and procedures
Sound knowledge in adjoining disciplines
