During installation, we give our customers their first impression of our products and services. It is therefore important to perform in a good way. Installation Services is an organization where we drive continuous improvement of installations of packaging lines as well as drive differentiation of the Installation service portfolio.
In this position, you will be part of the Tetra Pak Installation Services team, in Lund. Your main role will be to develop and lead delivery of Plant Design and Optimisation Services and transfer knowledge to cluster teams.
Main responsibilities:
• Drive global PEO change efforts aligned to Tetra Pak Services initiatives
• Lead Plant Design and Optimisation service delivery to customers together with cluster teams
• Design packaging plants and optimise productivity with discrete event simulations of production systems
• Drive competence and capability development within Project Engineering and plant optimisation
• Drive interaction with other functional areas to improve pre-project performance and feedback
• Evaluate & Maintain cluster or global 3rd Party Suppliers
• Drive execution and standardisation of Global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates
• Drive Continuous Improvement activities
The position is located in Lund, Sweden.
The job will require travelling (approximately 25% of time).
Qualifications:
We are looking for a person with a proven ability to drive activities and who can work proactively with both internal and external stakeholders. You are able to function independently as well as a part of a team. You are collaborative, self-motivated person with the ability to take initiatives. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and interact with people in a professional way.
We believe that you have at least a Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Process or Industrial Engineering. To be successful in this position you must have at least 3 years of proven working experience in project engineering or management from relevant industry. You have experience in working directly with customers and the clusters
AutoCAD and discrete event simulation knowledge is a big plus as well as an excellent command of MS Office. A general understanding about processing equipment, logistics solutions and business administration is highly appreciated.
Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
