We at Akkodis are looking for a Project Engineer within the field of electrical power to add to our team of consultants! Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
About the role
As an Electrical Power Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of medium voltage (MV), high voltage (HV), and low voltage (LV) electrical plants. You will work closely with an experienced team to create innovative solutions using Elmaster Enterprise software, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design MV, HV, and LV electrical plants using Elmaster Enterprise.
* Review and verify drawings and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
* Provide technical support to the sales and project management departments, offering your expertise to drive successful project outcomes.
* Configure protection relays and control equipment, optimizing system performance and reliability.
* Conduct risk assessments for on-site activities, identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate safety measures.
* Participate in commissioning activities on-site, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of electrical systems.
About you
If you are a passionate team player with a drive to deliver great results, you will fit perfectly as a consultant.
We believe that you hold a degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering or a equivalent area. You have a solid foundation in electrical design principles and practices, with a keen interest in MV, HV, and LV systems.
It is considered beneficial if you are proficient in Elmaster Enterprise or similar electrical design software but it is not essential; there is an experienced team that will provide training and support to enhance your skills.
We put a strong emphasis on your personal qualities and we believe that you have a great attention to details and problem-solving skills combined with a curious and analytical mind. You are a true team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. While prior experience in all the mentioned areas is advantageous, we welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about learning and are eager to grow in their professional career.
