About us
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Sweden (CCEP Sweden) is the local licensed bottling partner responsible for the manufacture, distribution, sales and industry marketing of Coca-Cola throughout Sweden. The company employs around 750 people at the facility (called "Happiness Factory") in Jordbro outside Stockholm. CCEP Sweden represents some of the beverage world's strongest brands such as Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite, but also strong local brands such as bonaqua and Mer. In addition, CCEP Sweden manufactures and distributes beverages to other brand owners, including Capri-Sun and Monster Energy.

The Position
As Project Engineer you will support and manage engineering projects in different or all phase of projects such as idea initiation, data collection, risk analysis, compliance to legal & engineering standards, design reviews, cost estimations, project proposals, feasibility reports, budget management, design implementation, commissioning, project handover, project close outs and lessons learned. Together with your engineering and project management skills, you will develop good cross functional collaboration with all stakeholders within supply chain in order to deliver safe and successful projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Manage and support engineering projects in Jordbro to an agreed scope, within budget, schedule and performance criteria
Develop detailed project plans according to CCEP project management system
Manage cost controls, reporting and administration to ensure that up to date project forecasting is communicated, gaps are analyzed and plans are update for correct implementation
Perform and provide technical design reviews and identify performance criteria
Arrange supplier agreements for engineering projects through preparing tenders, negotiating contracts and monitoring the agreed performance
Manage standards within projects to ensure they comply with CCEP engineering standards and comply to Swedish and European legislation
Maintain best practice on all projects through benchmarking industry and company best practice and ensuring projects meet them


To be successful in this role you need:
Academic degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Proven experience as a Project Engineer (preferably from the FMCG industry or a similar manufacturing environment)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Technical knowledge of production, logistics and facilities equipment
Fluent in Swedish and English. If you can communicate in additional languages such as German or Italian we consider it a plus
Valid work permit in Sweden


Moreover, we believe you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. You have shown ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, which have resulted in a track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and to budget. To be successful in this role you will need to use your strengths in effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
