hela Sverige We are now looking for a Project Engineer for the TS/Inorganic Specialities Technology group. As Project Engineer you will work with the product lines Kromasil and Levasil and the 9 plants we have all over the world supporting the process licensors and technology specialists with your engineering skill and knowledge from large capex projects.
Main responsibilities
Responsible for leading capacity expansion and improvement projects through initiation and prestudy phase.
Support. when needed, growth projects through prestudy , execution and start-up phases.
Responsible for equipment and process simulation with Aspen and other adequate systems.
Support with the upkeep of the technology handbooks.
Consultant in the Management of Change process helping with evaluation of change requests.
Consultant for Colloidal silica R&D in engineering matters.
Support in optimization of processes and process equipment at Kromasil and Levasil plants
Support technology scouting activities
Support process of introducing new products, new processes and new equipment to the plants.
Accountable to follow Nouryon code of conduct & ethics, directives as well as life-saving rules
Qualifications
Service driven, structured personality.
Problem solving attitude.
Experience from working with other cultures
Fluent in English
University degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering
Good knowledge of chemistry
Min 4 years relevant job experience with process engineering in major CAPEX projects from chemical industry.
Experience as discipline lead in larger capex projects following LPM or similar project model.
Skilled in simulation in Aspen or similar simulation software

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Technology Manager and based in Bohus, Sweden.
