As a Project Manager you are responsible for the implementation of the myMCS software at the customer's side. You analyze the customers' functional needs and adapt the configuration to the existing business processes. As key contact, you guide the customer through the whole implementation procedure and provide key users with myMCS software training.
Your main responsibilities
Project Management:
• Keep track of the project in term of budget, man days
• Define, document and follow-up the workflow and configuration parameters
Configuration software:
• Define and describe links with other software and ERP-systems (SAP, Oracle, Visma, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues
• Collaborate with the customers' specialists during the analysis of implementation requirements
myMCS trainer:
• Provide training to the the key users of myMCS software
• Discuss which kind of custom development is possible
• Answer the questions key users might have
Representative MCS:
• Act as point of contact at various levels among the customer's staff
• Enhance MCS' image and reputation through your credibility, commitment and first-class delivery
• Analyse reporting and dashboard-related needs according to customer's requirements
Requirements
• General background in IT or strong affinity with IT
• Strong customer focus and problem solving skills
• Higher degree and academic thinking level
• Experience with project management (especially with corporate clients) is a plus
• General knowledge of and skills in IT troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently
• Diligent, committed and driven
• True team player with flexible and positive attitude
• Professional communication and presentation
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Flexible team player
• Some experience with Project Management methods is a plus
• Excellent Swedish and English, mastering additional languages ??is an advantage
• Driver's license
• Understanding of construction & real estate processes and / or knowledge of business applications is a plus.
