We will now expand our team with a Project Engineer.
Your Role
Performing daily tasks involves developing and designing comprehensive solutions that address diverse technical requirements across multiple disciplines, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and chemical aspects. The primary focus is ensuring manufacturability, ease of assembly, and maintainability. This necessitates the effective balancing and integration of the varied needs of stakeholders, with a willingness to propose well-considered compromises when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. A key aspect of the daily routine is constantly exploring innovative problem-solving approaches, aiming to identify and implement improvements throughout the entire development process-from conceptualization and prototyping to validation. This dynamic approach ensures a continuous evolution of methodologies and strategies, contributing to the long-term advancement of the projects and objectives at hand.
Specifically, your daily tasks involve a delicate balance of project management, technical oversight, communication, and problem-solving. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Engineering education.
Minimum of two years experience in engineering projects.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Some practical workshop experience is considered an advantage.

Self-sufficient and curious.
Willing to ask for help when you do not understand or need help.
