Project Engineer
Task
The area of responsibility includes the project management for our customers in the automobile industry: manufacturers as well as suppliers and developers from this branch.
Our projects are characterised by interaction of different engineering fields, for this reason you should have a genuine interest to co-ordinate issues, which are not your core qualification area. The most important are: analysis measurement equipment for gases and particles, electrical engineering for drives or for supply of different systems, mechanical engineering to co-ordinate mechanical scope in projects.
The project management covers the total project procedure: beginning with the order entry until the final acceptance. It means an intensive Co-operation with our customers as well as with planning and development departments.
Further you are responsible for Claim Management and project efficiency through monitoring, forecasting and competent managing of time, cost and quality.
The field of application covers also the technical realization of projects.Your activities contain the following tasks: preparation of electrical and pneumatic drawings, specification of necessary parts as well as the preparation of production documentation and of the inspection documentation. Occasional commissioning phases with following acceptance at the customer site are also planned. A close, interdisciplinary co-operation of sales, production and customer service is expected.
Other
After intensive training the project engineer will take over the project responsibility: from the planning phase up to commissioning at the customer site. For these tasks we expect a strong aptitude for teamwork.
The main work area will be in Sweden with different customers, but also projects in Germany and Europe will be managed.
Applicants should have a high level of motivation, assertiveness, strong customer orientation and readiness for travel.
Qualifications
Graduate engineer (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University), fields: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering or physics. Required is also good Swedish and English knowledge in word and writing, good handling with the standard Microsoft products as well as knowledge of the LINUX operating system. Experience in CAD (2D / 3D) and professional experience of several years with analysis equipment would be of advantage. Drivinglicense and access to car is a must.
