On behalf of one of our global clients in Borås, we are now recruiting a Project Documentation Specialist. The assignment is expected to start in January and will continue until July but with possibility for extension. Selection and interviews are ongoing and may be completed before the deadline date, so please send in your application today!

Job Description
Job includes Document Control for multiple smaller projects and support Document Control manager for a big project. This involves administration, internal communication and transmittal of documents in customer templates and systems. We see that the person is proactive in collecting or reminding the required documents internally and to external suppliers according to a project time schedule.

Requirements
• A Bachelor or Master degree with 2-6 years of work experience within the relevant field.
• Or another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field
• English language skill is required, Swedish is not required but an advantage.
• Previous experience within documentation for Oil & Gas project is an advantage
