Job Description/Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring and control of the overall delivery of a Managed Services project – ensuring that the contract is fulfilled, that the delivery meets the set quality target, and that high levels of customer satisfaction is achieved. The position means an overall profit and loss responsibility for the project.

 Project Governance and Planning:

• Responsible for making an actionable development strategy through close co-operation with the customer for project and business purpose. Participate in contract preparation and pre-sales meetings to develop the business
• Development of the project governance model and related processes, internally and externally,
• Development of required project documentation - defining project goals and tasks and generating relevant assignments to meet objectives.
• Leveraging organization in order to fulfill resource plan
• Establishment of change management procedures, including evaluation and communication.
• Develop reporting strategy for the project, based on governance model and principles.

Handle customer engagement:

• Manage customer relationship at senior management level - building confidence and trust.
• Maintain clear communication with customer - setting mutual expectations and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable business relationships beyond the project scope
• Coordinate and identify new business opportunities.  

 Lead the Project Execution:

• Build and lead the project team. Drive the team to execute and fulfill assignment.
• Lead the work with continuous improvement of the delivery structure in order to optimize the delivery cost of the project.
• Ensure project execution in line with project plan, while maintaining quality standards, profit target and business operation key index.
• Actively identify best practice in terms of process, procedure, cost control and tools for future implementation.
• Ensures all commitments are met in accordance with project goals / objectives.
• Ensure that financial target is achieved and progress reporting is performed based on agreed reporting structure and frequency.
• Manage project data in order to predict project results and success factors.
• Perform risk management across full project life cycle, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and escalations.

• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Swedish highly preferredPMP Certification highly preferred (or IPMA-C)
