In this context IT will increasingly transform the Volvo Group, and Group IT needs to transform to meet the new needs. SaaS solutions are increasingly used to cut time to market and investments and we need to better leverage our partners to accelerate the transformation of the Volvo Group. To lead our transformation activities, we are looking for a Project Director to Group IT. You will report to the VP for R&D and Purchasing solutions, but work with transformation on a Group IT level. Job description Lead strategic initiatives and programs for Group IT and occasionally on Volvo Group level Program management and coordination of activities in Group IT projects Drive deep-dives into selected topics as needed Follow-up and report progress, prepare reports to the SC (Group IT EMT and/or Group P&IT Council) Qualifications You are an experienced project/account manager with line management experience You have good administration and communication skills, you are service-minded and flexibleYou have strong ability to organize, plan and create structure and can prioritize between a wide range of issues in an effective way You are pro-active and independent and enjoy high tempo, variety and a large portion of own responsibility Experience from both Volvo Group IT and a Volvo Group Business Area/Truck Division is merit Experience from leading a delivery organization with P/L responsibility in an IT service company is a merit Fully proficient in English Location: Gothenburg Starting date: TBD For further information please contact: Mattias Lindström, VP R&D and Purchasing Solutions: +46 765531672 Staffan Palmér, HR, +46 16 5415417
