Our Lead Engineering department of 15 people is now growing at the headquarter in Vika and we are now looking for a Project Design Engineer to strengthen the team to be able to continue offering the most competitive coupling products for trains on the market.

Job Description
As a Project Design Engineer at Dellner, you get the opportunity to combine a passionate interest in technology with technical project management and run projects in close collaboration with both colleagues and customers, locally as well as globally.

The tasks involve supporting our Lead Engineers in their daily work running customer projects worldwide with a focus on technical project management, requirements management, detail and system design, investigations, documentation and communication. The tasks can vary greatly in scope and are adapted to your ability and development in the role. The role offers great opportunities for development in both technology as well as leadership and project management, and prepares you well for a future position as Lead Engineer as well as other positions within the company.

In the role of Project Design Engineer, you will often be involved in everything from quotation to assembly of the final product. The role means that you get the opportunity to be part of the product's entire life cycle, with a closeness to both physical products as well as internal and external contacts.

The work may also include some travel for exciting customer meetings and to see and evaluate products.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have experience from the engineering business or have an degree as a Batchelor or Master in Engineering and who has recently graduated or has a few years of experience in the engineering profession. You are social, flexible, focused and who take your own initiative to achieve your own and the company's goals. In addition, you express yourself well in speech and writing, especially in the corporate language English, but other languages are meritorious.

You are a team player who is willing to share your experiences and knowledge with others. You always put the customer in focus, organize and structure your own work while supporting others to achieve the goals. You continuously seek development for yourself in the role you are in to improve.
