We are looking for someone who has:
• an engineering education within design/construction
• experience as a contractor, consultant or equivalent with construction projects (preferably within Ingka or any comparable large owner or developer)
• a strong track record working within a diverse stakeholder environment
• experience with contract development, design development or construction management on site
• preferably experience with development & roll-out of large scale (sustainable) construction related investments programs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Delivery Leader you work in a team of colleagues developing the Construction Project Delivery business area at Group Real Estate. Aligning the implementation and communication towards the Clusters will be your responsibility as well as developing the Clusters into high performance teams. This will always be carried out with a best for project focus.
You will drive/own one or several of the current key competence areas:
• Project Estimate, Budget & Cost Management
• Project Delivery & Procurement Strategy
• Pre and On site Project Management
• Health, Safety & Environment
• Scheduling, Quality & Risk Management
We offer you a possibility to work with building projects in over 30 countries where Ingka Group is doing business. You will work proactively with different construction projects and where you will be involved in an early stage to support the projects and clusters. Since Ingka Group is exploring new ways of doing business it also means that the building projects are different from what we are used to do and will need the team and you to be pro-active, think innovative and with sustainability in mind / at heart. That also means that you will be working with other Group Functions like Sustainability, Risk & Compliance, Procurement and Business Owners like Retail Expansion and Ingka Centres etc.

This role is located in Malmö and you will report to the Project Delivery Manager.
