Are you described as a proactive, customer centric, agile and result oriented person? Then this 18-months consulting assignment might be right for you! We are now looking for a talented Project Coordinator to be part of a dedicated PLM core project team ready to create a difference. You will represent the operation unit by contribute in various tasks related to project work, as well as support other team members and project manager when required. Purpose of position:
• Map existing processes and develop new processes aligned with our new PLM-solution.
• Support our manufacturing sites with process mapping and creation of new procedures.
• Perform training in the new procedures.
• Manage BOM-set up in 3DX.
Key accountabilities:
• Host workshops with internal and external parties.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder and governance meetings.
• Ensure that stakeholder views are taken into consideration in the project.
• Documenting and following up on actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Undertaking project tasks as required..
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Develop processes related to PLM.
• Develop and host trainings.
• Perform project administrative work when required.
Key decisions:
• Sole decision can and must be taken for errands regarding PLM for day to day business.
• Issues and risk to be raised to the PLM core team.

Competencies:
• Practical experience of being a project participant.
• Self-driven, curious to new challenges and work commitments.
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Plan, conduct and follow up on trainings.
• Experience working with more than one product group/family.
• Broad network within the company.
• Experience working with process development/improvements.
• Good understanding of industry standard and trends for medical device.
Qualification and experience:
• Experience working with PRIME and/or other PLM systems.
• Experience working with R&D and/or Global Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge about Mölnlycke core business processes.
• Preferably business experience from RQA, Healthcare, Pharma or other medical device company.
• Want to make a difference and improve Mölnlycke's way of working with NPD and LCM.
