Job description
On behalf of one of our international customers, we are now looking for a motivated and analytical consultant. In this role you will work in a fast paced and international environment with thousands of possibilities. Our customer is in automotive industry and is one of the most famous brands in the world.
Your job will be to support project managers and link together or integrate different parts of the organization, for example quality issues and/or project related follow-ups.
Your tasks include:
To maintain master data for attachment parts within MRP system and participate in product development projects for attachments. Drive development initiatives to improve and support maintenance processes within the attachment supply chain.
You will plan and register all relevant master data for loose and factory fit attachments utilizing PDM systems. You will also Participate in product development projects for attachments and report KPI status in the launch process. Work cross functional to ensure matching information in relevant systems for the products. Coordination of phase in and phase out of products. Develop and improve processes and routines within the distribution channel.
Coordinate and participate in supply chain development projects/initiatives when needed. Update and follow up of product KPI's. Run and distribute general logistic reports.
Qualifications
We think our successful candidate has a university degree within logistics, engineering or other relevant education. Besides you need to have a holistic view in combination with ability to work accurately with detailed information.
We expect an analytical, problem solving and organizationally skilled personality. Full fluency in written and spoken English is needed.
It's beneficial if you have product knowledge from construction equipment parts and attachments and experience from Movex M3 and/or SAP system.
As our project coordinator you have many cross functional and international contacts which demands excellent communication skills. You also have the ability to work independently as well as being a reliable team player. You must be customer focused and have good analytical skills.
