hela Sverige On behalf of one of our international customers, we are now looking for a motivated and analytical consultant. In this role you will work in a fast paced and international environment with thousands of possibilities. Our customer is in automotive industry and is one of the most famous brands in the world.
Job description
As the "initial stocking coordinator" you will create Initial Stocking Lists (ISL) to support new machine launches and develop data warehouse report design and maintenance. Besides, you will maintainthe lists according to engineering change notes and analyse and follow up the impact of Initial Stocking Lists. Among other tasks you will do structured documentation and improvement of your existing work routines. You will also develop and improve cooperation with other departments and regions regarding your suggested and created improvements. Last but not least, you will improve and follow up business KPI's.
Qualifications
We think our successful candidate has a university degree in Logistic or mechanical engineering or other relevant area/experience. We also wish that you have experience of working with technical documentation and drawings. You must be a skilful user of MS Office and it is a merit if you have experience from database/BEAT and report design.
In this position you have lots of cross functional and international contacts which demands excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Additional languages are considered as a merit. You also have the ability to work independently as well as being a reliable team player. You must be customer focused and have good analytical skills. If you have worked within the automotive industry that will be a merit but not a must.
