About the service
As a project coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied and that the project maintain the quality we have agreed on. You drive development and improvements of the business together among all the construction and project disciplines (Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire protection, security systems and BMS as well as steel structure installation). That our business is conducted efficiently and that we use our resources optimally is a matter of course for you. You work with follow-up and feedback to achieve goals and results.
You will be responsible to create and produced the CMOP, RAMS, plans, prepare the required permits and submit all these documents periodically to client and designer for approval for each activity during the project period. ·
You will be communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and overseeing the progress of subcontractors' work, carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
About you
We are looking for you who have completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering ( Minimum 4 years) with minimum 15 years of work experience. Previous leadership experience and personnel responsibilities are a requirement. Experience from our industry or related industries is an advantage.
Have an INTERNATIONAL experience with a focus on construction management in the multiple construction sectors such as the construction of hotels, villas, schools, Bridges, and infrastructure networks for some mega projects.
Personal qualities:
Able to create and participate in the activation plans, mobilization plan, quality plan, Covid-19 rollback plan and the Risk assessment associated to each activity in the project.
As a project coordinator, you have personnel, financial and work environment responsibilities and that the business is conducted in accordance with laws, permits and agreements.
Coordinate the technical submittals.
Coordinate the MEP works
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing as well as Swedish driving license B is required.
You grow responsibly and are close to making decisions. You have an ability to organize and plan everyday life in a daily life with quick turns. You are a thorough person with a good ability to collaborate between different areas and thereby create synergy effects.
You have an unpretentious way and can both take to yourself, and share, ideas, and experiences from other parts of the organization.
You have documented and / or good references of work with personnel management, planning and logistics. You are a daily IT user with good knowledge of the Office package and have an easy time learning new systems.
You have to be familiar with the international codes, standards, regulations & procedures, quality, cost and safety. We require excellent time and project management skills and the ability to analyse, manage, and mitigate risks.
Additional Information
In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
You have to be ready to move to Luleå immediately.
