We are expanding our scientific team and are now looking for a Project Coordinator for our Scientific Affairs team to be based preferably at the Uppsala Headquarters. In this role you will acts as a liaison between different functions spanning from Scientific Affairs, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Data Science, Legal department, Analysis Service as well as to external stakeholders (e.g., Olink customers) to maintain a clear line of communication ensuring timely completion of individual studies, projects, and related tasks. You will report to our head of Scientific Affairs.
Primary Responsibilities
• Coordinate primary Scientific Affairs tasks and timelines of projects related to the execution of product showcases, collaborative studies, KOL (key opinion leaders) management and Olink consortia coordination.
• Maintain effective integrated project execution strategies and plans by establishing clear, positive, and consistent communication with internal (commercial team, product management, legal, etc.) and external (customers, collaborators, KOLs, etc.,) stakeholders.
• Manage and review paperwork related to the studies (legal agreements, sample manifests, work order, collaboration agreements, analysis reports, etc.) to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
• Manage and review the logistics of studies (getting projects out of quarantine, project composition, conveying timelines, and tracking project progress) to ensure efficient turnaround of studies.
• Update SalesForce (CRM system), internal Kanban (project workflow tool), and any additional interfaces according to criteria and timeline.
• Attend calls or meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of SOP and work instructions related to that of the Project Coordinator position.
• Identify, implement, comply with, and maintain applicable Company safety, environmental and quality standards, procedures, and policies and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Skills
• Bachelor's degree or similar within the Life Sciences field.
• Project Management experience in the Life Science field is a plus.
• Proven experience of previous service-minded customer facing work is also beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary. Additional Swedish skills is a plus.
• Experience with laboratory work is a plus
• Documented experience in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn other software and systems
As a person you should have strong organizational skills and pay attention to detail. In this role it is crucial to have the ability to balance multiple projects and be flexible in day-to-day work tasks. The ability to meet customers in a professional and customer-friendly way is also important and you should preferably be a self-motivated, and pro-active team-player with an interest to work across teams and disciplines.
