As Project Coordinator you will be working with various tasks focused on helping our development teams to deliver high quality software that will be used by leading hospitals in many countries. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Platform Solutions Testing and Release team, this is a key position where you will interact with stakeholders across the organization and have daily contact with our international R&D cluster in the USA, Holland, Romania, Italy and Russia.
Responsibilities
• Manage the Quarterly release project and coordinate with delivery project
• Manage and Coordinate the Validation activities within Platform solutions.
• Keeping track of progress and timelines
• Ensure releases is delivered with the right quality, at the right time
• The main work will be carried out in our office in Gothenburg or in Raleigh, travelling to our other sites may occur from time to time.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science or equivalent
• Fluent in Swedish and English, speech and writing
• Very structured and organized personality
• Ability to deliver on time, sometimes in a stressful environment
• Working experience in Windows
Meritorious
• MS Project working experience
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
• Experience from working with teams distributed across multiple geographical sites
• Experience from working in Healthcare or with Medical Devices
• Knowledge in requirements managment
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with up to 5 years' experience. You are used to working with development teams, you have a basic technical understanding, and you have a "can do" attitude that enables you to push people to reach their objectives when necessary.

Since our products is used in healthcare and to help nurses save lives, it is important that you are meticulous and quality conscious.
