The company is currently in a very exciting and intense phase of its development as it is entering into clinical phase II. The team is seeking to strengthen its Pharmaceutical Development Team with a Project Coordinator.
Your responsibilities:
The person we are seeking will coordinate projects in CMC/Pharmaceutical Development activities at Infant Bacterial Therapeutics AB. You will be accountable for planning and execution of drug formulation development activities, as well as overseeing business partners such as CRO and CMO. You will be responsible for documentation and adherence to appropriate guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practice. You will also contribute to the planning of the drug development programme with close interactions with other areas of the business.
Knowledge, experience and required abilities:
• Experience in managing and coordinating projects, and securing delivery of tasks from planning to reporting
• Ability to work independently and take accountability for ensuring delivery
• Experience in outsourcing and management of external vendors including quality control
• Experience in financial control of department and/or project activities
• Ability to handle stringent documentation requirements
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical regulations/ICH guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
• Scientific background with relevant pharmaceutical/chemistry/biotechnology (or equivalent) education
• Experience from similar positions in the industry
• Flexible, structured and goal oriented team player
• Management skills are desirable merits
• Oral and written communication skills in English are necessary for the position
Suitable applicants but with limited work experience will be considered.
