About you
To succeed in the role of Project Coordinator, we believe that you have worked for a few years in a similar role, and that you are very comfortable with the Office / Gsuite packages.
As a person, you are self-driven, service-minded, and know how to prioritize your time well. You take ownership of your projects and see them from start to delivery. You have a strong personal and analytical drive with practical capabilities. Furthermore, you have the drive to learn new things and like to work on finding new solutions at the current edge of technology.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist with project management documents such as project plan, budget, schedule, and scope description, as instructed by the project manager
• Provide web administration related to the implementation of projects
• Administrate and provide web support to stakeholders of the online projects
• Participate in the follow-up and evaluation of projects
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants as instructed by project manager
• Help project manager to coordinate project schedules, resources, and information

• Liaising with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Ensuring that stakeholders' needs are met as the project evolves
• Manage, grow, and cultivate communities for the online project
Skills and requirements:
• 1-2 years of web project (E-commerce or Digital community or LMS or Digital agency) experience
• Has work experience with G-suit Google Workspace
• Has work experience with MS-Office experience
• Previous experience in Discord (Slack or Zulip experience is equivalent)
• Previous experience in web project tools (Trello or Jira etc.)
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Has a genuine interest in blockchain and its impact on society.
• Self-driven and curious
• Can handle stress
• Be flexible and approachable and service minded
