Koenigsegg continues to grow, and we are now looking for a Supply chain project coordinator to join our team.

The Role
This position plays an integral role in driving improvements in Koenigsegg key metrics in the sourcing of all categories related to Direct Material. You will be the key player in the projects to coordinate and plan the purchasing and Supply Chain efforts. You will need to master the planning of resources needed in the project.

Duties & Responsibilities
As Supply Chain Project coordinator, main responsibility is to be responsible for planning of sourcing strategies and ensure that the project have the resources needed from the supply chain department. The purpose is to have a long-term view on internal resource needs as well ensure that the current and future supplier base to is in line with the project needs.
Sourcing of parts and services for production, development, and service/aftermarket
Manage projects from a Supply Chain Perspective.
Coordinate and manage procurement and Supply chain activities to maximize projects
Plan and define resource need to ensure purchasing deliverables are met in time for project.
Analyse technical and commercial conditions in order to determine procurement strategy for each project.
Support commercial relationships (incl. contract terms & conditions and annual negotiations) when needed.
To identify and manage project related supply risks.
Own and be responsible to keep BOM COST up to date.
Report purchasing deliverables throughout the project gateways and secure the deadlines are kept.
Qualifications
Master or bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering and Management or other relevant training in combination with at least 3-5 years' experience in the field of Sourcing/Supply Chain Management
Minimum 3-5 years documented Sourcing related experience.
Strong business acumen.
Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects.
Good technical knowledge about electronics and mechanical components and their functionality.
Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience to deal with urgent requests, and minimal information. Works well with various teams
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and hands-on execution.
Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and project management capabilities
Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively.
Advanced language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Good oral and written communication skills, suitable for both large groups and senior management
Willingness to learn.

Normal working hours 40 h/week, some overtime occurs
