We have 45 software engineering consultants working on projects around Stockholm, some of our clients are Klarna, Spotify, Paradox Interactive but that's not even the best part. Aside from the fact we are helping companies build tech teams, our consultants are keen members of the tech community and we are helping them host and organize meetups and workshops on a regular basis.
Along with CEO's of C/MIND and 0+X which are dotter companies of Hyper One, you will be planning and implementing different initiatives - directly influencing our business strategy development and implementation.

Formal part and what you will be in charge of:
• Be responsible for branding/marketing strategy development and implementation.
• Social media channel management, figuring out ways to spread brand visibility towards candidates, clients and tech community in general.
• Preparing tech event ideas(meetups, workshops) in cooperation with consultants.
• Organizing tech events, taking care of all parts of the process - from the idea, promotion to implementation, establishing and leading event organization team.
• Leading internal initiatives and projects, organizing cross-functional teams, setting timelines, backlogs and delegating responsibilities.
• Figuring out how to improve current ways we do things in all areas, always challenging the status quo.
Who you are:
• You have previous experience working in a dynamic environment, managing projects in a complex business setting from a digital agency, start-up or similar.
• You have experience with marketing campaigns, creating marketing strategies for both online and offline channels.
• You have an interest in technology, following trends and current high level developments.
• You have experience with full cycle event management, preferably within the technology industry.
• You enjoy building and nurturing relationships
• You have constant desire to learn new things, meet new people and drive positive change within an organization.
• You have excellent communication skills, being able to present ideas clearly and motivate others.
