CEVT is an innovation centre for the future cars of the Geely Group with the purpose of being at the forefront of new developments in the automotive industry. Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

We are now looking for a Project Coordinater to join our team in the Powertrain Engineering Department at CEVT.
This is an excellent opportunity for a person who thrives in service oriented administrative role, in a dynamic environment.
Our way of working is very flexible and there is a lot of freedom to shape your work in a way that suits you in the best way.
There will be a lot of room to come with suggestions and ideas on how to develop the role and the way of working.
We don't like to write detailed job descriptions but here are some of the things that you would be working with in this role:

* In cooperation with line managers develop and maintain short- to midterm resource utilization plan (staff and facilities) for successful execution of the project portfolio.
* Monitor, plan and secure renewal of consultant contracts
* In cooperation with R&D PMO develop collaboration IT tools to facilitate efficient project management and efficient collaboration with stakeholders within CEVT and Geely Powertrain Research Institute
* Maintain and develop efficient use of office space
* Coordinate technology conferences and events hosted by Powertrain engineering Europe

We are looking for a person that has previous experience from working in service oriented administrative role, with good knowledge of Office applications, and with good command of written and spoken english.
As a person you are self motivated, collaborative and have excellent planning management and organizational skills.
