The position as a Project Coordinator for the International Team at EMG:
As a Project Coordinator in our Communication and Marketing team you will contribute to the growth ofEMG 's English websites by helping to launch new initiatives that develop our product, increase production efficiency, and enhance our brand presence.
As a member of EMG's International Team, you will be working with a young, passionate and talented group, based at EMG 's headquarters in Stockholm, who face exciting prospects and interesting challenges on a daily basis. Ambition, drive and great ideas help us achieve our goals!
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal resources at the department, team and company level to execute projects successfully
• Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget
• In addition to managing projects, you pitch in where possible to help progress when resources are tight
• Recruit and coordinate staff members and interns to assist on projects
• Measure project performance
• Report to management on success of projects
• Manage relationships with all key stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties such as marketing agencies or outsourced partners
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Who are we looking for?
• You are educated to a bachelor degree level
• You have experience coordinating projects
• You have experience working in a fast-paced digital environment
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have strong organizational skills and can quickly prioritize and manage multiple projects
• You have experience with developing products - technically - or in terms of brand.
• You ideally have experience in the education marketing sector
• You are fluent in written and verbalEnglish
To be successful in this position you are self-motivated, service oriented, and enjoy working towards set goals, both quantitative and qualitative. You are structured, organized and have excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and clients. You like and enjoy the challenge of working in a changing environment.
