You will be part of an agile team with solution management, software developers, interaction designers, technical writers and test engineers. This is an opportunity to work with Medical Device products in a global organization, and in an exciting line of business with great development opportunities.
As Project Coordinator you will be working with various tasks focused on helping our development teams to deliver high quality software that will be used by leading hospitals in many countries. Reporting to the R&D Director, this is a key position where you will interact with stakeholders across the organization and have daily contact with our international R&D teams in the USA, Russia, Romania and Italy.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating software development projects
• Keeping track of timelines
• Ensure documentation is delivered with the right quality, at the right time
• The main work will be carried out in our Gothenburg office, but travelling to our other sites may occur from time to time
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science or equivalent
• Fluent in Swedish and English, speech and writing
• Very structured and organized personality
• Ability to deliver on time, sometimes in a stressful environment
• Working experience in Windows
Meritorious
• MS Project working experience
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
• Experience from working with teams distributed across multiple geographical sites
• Experience from working in Healthcare or with Medical Devices
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with up to 5 years' experience. You are used to working with development teams, you have a basic technical understanding, and you have a "can do" attitude that enables you to push people to reach their objectives when necessary.
To fit in to our team it is important that you are an open and positive person. We believe you have good skills in cooperating with others and that you are full of initiative. Since our products is used in healthcare and to help nurses save lives, it is important that you are meticulous and quality conscious.
