The main responsibility of this position consists in the management of projects (Equipment procurement, Sales, Installation and Contracts) in SAP, from pre-project set-up until the end of the Commercial Production.

Main Responsibilities

Execute and control of equipment sales contracts:
• Procurement, logistic and invoicing of equipment sales contracts from pre-project up to Commissioning
• Administrate incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as any other documents needed for local purpose
• Handling of Equipment Master Data including support for Equipment Database Leader
• Regular update on project status

2nd Hand Equipment handling
• Buyback from customers of 2nd hand equipment and sales to DSO CE
• Scrapping proposal
• Equipment Inventory follow-up and support annual physical inventory take

CE Rolling Forecast
• Support to Sales Management in review, follow up and uploading data in SAP APO tool

Key relationship
Sales team, Key account team, Installation team

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in project administration or similar position
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 (projects and contracting environment)
• Understanding of KPI definitions and application
• Understanding of Value Selling process

Competencies:

• Proficient SAP/R3 knowledge (Projects and contracting environment is a plus)
• Demonstrated in Leadership Elements: Collaborate and Perform
• Accuracy and structured
• Attention to details, analytical
• Presentation and Communication skills
• MS office package
• Autonomy, initiative and responsiveness
• Excellent English level
