Play'n GO are continuously growing and we are now looking for a Project Coordinator to our Product Organization in Växjö, Sweden. This is a new role within the team which gives you the opportunity to develop and create the role in your own way. We are looking for a "doer" who is independent and has great administration skills. Are you a structured person who likes to have control and can handle many things at one time? Then you are the person that we are looking for!

As a Project Coordinator, you will be working with certification for our games. You will be working closely to our Game Project Managers and will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with our third-party organization for Gaming Compliance Testing and Auditing. Sometimes it will be one game at a time that needs to be certified but when Play'n GO are entering new markets you will be responsible for certification of many games at one time. Further, you will be responsible for brand protection and you will also handle communication with IP lawyers and manage our IP register.

Requirements

University degree within finance, law or marketing
Experience in Project Management/Project Coordination
Preferably some previous working experience
Basic knowledge of IP searches and classification
Fluent in oral and written English
