We are strengthen our Project Management organization regarding planning and administration in customer- and development projects. You will also support our organization in creating business cases and continuously follow up to meet our KPI:s regarding delivery times, costs etc.
Many of our OE customers are using portals to keep track of progress and communication, you will be responsible that we fulfill our obligations.
OVER ALL REQUIREMENTS:
We want you to have excellent skills in project planning and documentation, understand need of meeting deadlines and requirements from the Automotive industry, especially within the Automotive component area.
We want you to understand team strengths, you will work closely to our Project Managers, Engineers, Business Unit Managers and Sales.
EXPERIENCE:
Project administration / control
Understanding of business and customer expectations
Web applications as customer portals
Used with Customer contacts
KNOWLEDGE:
Project planning tools
Standards and compliance requirements of Automotive components
Processes and methods used in automotive industry, e i APQP
PROFILE:
Project planning education
Relevant education for position
Fluent English, verbal and writing
Good in communication
Good in teamwork cross Departments, Partners and Customers
FACTS:
The office is located in Vikmanshyttan, Dalarna, Sweden and there is also Project Managers located in Hong Kong.
The role is reporting to Head of Quality & Project Management
