We are looking for someone who has a degree (bachelor or higher) relevant to the position, preferably in the life sciences, as well as experience working on projects. You have several years of work experience that lies within or is close to UMC's work area. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You are able to swiftly absorb information, analyse it, and come to balanced conclusions, and are open to discuss them with others. Experience in a governmental agency and operational management, for example project management is desirable. The work requires that you express yourself well in spoken and written English.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
You're creative, curious, and collaborative. You care about details, take and enjoy showing initiative, and are able to implement and drive activities to their completion. You enjoy working independently as well as in a group, you create good relationships, and inspire others. You are able to bring clarity and lead groups towards a common goal and have good communication skills. You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
