We are now looking for a new team member to join us at QRIOS Life Science & Engineering. This is a consultant assignment and you will be based in Solna. The timeframe of this assignment is November 2022 until last of May 2024. This is a classified position therefore drug test and backgrond check will be a part of the process.

Responsibilities
In your role as a project coordinator you will be responsible for:
• Create overview of service activities to be transitioned
• Transition planning, in alignment with external service provider
• Coordinate service readiness in Vattenfall HR
• Check FTE needs based on future service operations
• Create clarity regarding roles & responsibilities in new service organization
• Together with management, define most efficient working location (central/decentral, country, activities language based Y/N)
• Support staffing activities
Your profile
To be successfull in this role, you will have following experience:
• Experience of coordination big complex project (3-5 years) or being a project lead for smaller project (2-4 years) but eager and looking for more "complex" experience
• Taking part (project member) in bigger transformation project, preferably HR/Global level
• Used to work in international company's
