Do you want to be a part of the coordination of one of the most exciting industrial projects in Europe? In this role you will be a key player in the Technical Project Management team with the end goal of creating a greener future!
We are building a state-of-the-art Gigafactory that will be one of the largest cell production facilities in Europe. We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Facility & EPCM team!

Together, we have formed a joint venture, NOVO Energy, to power the next generation of pure electric Volvo and Polestar cars.
What you will do
In this role you will coordinate and administrate the Technical Project Managers and assist them in their daily tasks. You will be part of an experienced and diverse team with high goals, and surround yourself with Project Managers responsible for different areas of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:

Support Area Project Managers in day to day activities to ensure efficient process workflow

Support Construction documentation management to ensure configuration control including submitting RFIs & submittals, tracking as-builts and ensuring receipt of QA/QC documents

Coordinate and set-up meetings with team members and stakeholders. Document, distribute and follow-up on action items
- Provide support to the Start-up and Commissioning team, including providing available manufacturer documentations and coordinating with 3rd Party vendor testing.
- Project Close-Out tasks includes; documenting lessons learned, transmitting actual cost and schedule data to the corresponding team for use in future project development
- Archive and update NOVO TUMs, work hand in hand with Aconex team to build out workflows
Skills & Requirements

3-5 years of experience coordinating large project
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience working in international environment
-
Experience working in multidisciplinary and complex organisations
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience on comparable construction position
- Experience in large-scale construction projects with considerable multidisciplinary complexity, experience within general contractor, leading design consultant group or EPC organization environment is an added value.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Must have the ability to discuss technical topics with a variety of audiences - contractors, engineers, and members of various divisions within organization. Swedish is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience from Greenfield Projects within design organization is highly preferred.
- BSc degree in within relevant field: Construction management-, civil-, structural-, or architectural engineering
- Experience from multinational industrial construction sites is preferred.
- Experience working with Bas-P related tasks is an added value.
- Experience in working in battery manufacturing facilities.

Our state-of-the-art R&D facility will gather leading expertise from all over the world, to create the next generation battery cells.
