The Energy Industries business line delivers complete automation and electrical solutions, industry-specific products and lifecycle services to clients in these industries in Sweden: Conventional and renewable energy, Water and wastewater, Refineries and chemical industry, Pharmaceuticals and Food & beverage.
You will be responsible for ensuring financial performance for individual projects (both solutions and service projects) by preparing financial analyses, ensuring cost controls, providing recommendations for financial decisions, and serving as the finance representative for assigned projects. You will be a key player in ensuring that our projects execute timely, with costs under control and that all practices follow proper procedures and internal controls.
Your responsibilities
Partner with Project managers and Operations in all project financial and commercial matters, actively driving project performance.
Analyzing cost and time plans vs actuals to highlight and manage any risks and deviations in all the project phases.
Actively participate in project reviews and closings (monthly, quarterly and year-end).
Manage project estimates as part of the whole business forecasting process.
Issuing project financial status reports, including project financial data, costs, and estimates of final project cost. Ensuring accurate reporting for project balance sheet, cash flow and income statement.
Participating in opportunity and risk identification, monitoring all required mitigation actions to ensure timely implementation.
Provide insights in sales tendering phase to cover financial and commercial risks.
Key speaking partner to the business controllers and management on project financial matters.
Active role in the development of project controlling processes.
Be an active member of the Energy Industries Controlling team.

Your background
A degree in Business Administration or similar.
Several years of experience in Finance/Controlling preferably with experience from project business and project controlling.
Excellent knowledge of IT systems such as SAP and MS Office applications.
You will work in an international organization, so you need strong English and Swedish communication skills.
Organized, social and outgoing personality.
Collaborative team player.
