A bit more about the job
As a Project Controller within the Nordic region you will be responsible for supporting the regional team and work close to the regional manager. You will join an ambitious team in the Nordics consisting of 9 people today with an office in central Stockholm close to T-Centralen.
With the number of projects in the Nordic-region increasing, we need you to support our Contract and Delivery Managers by taking control and ownership of all internal processes. As a Project Controller, which is a non-financial position by the way, you make sure that Allego is continuously improving, so do you think we can do it smarter, easier, better? Let's hear it and improve it! We want you to gather deep insights about our processes and systems and want to learn from your expertise on how to improve. In this role you:
• Create, send and follow-up purchase orders;
• Create and support setting up business partners in the system;
• Follow-up on invoicing process and make sure that money keeps rolling in and invoices are paid;
• Set up and create periodic reporting about progression;
• Set up and create periodic rent payments to our site partners;
• Support the purchasing department with project-specific procurement;
• Communicating with our customers, suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate/clarify commercial issues;
• Apply for local subsidies in Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

This is you (at least we hope)
You work accurately and feel responsible for a correct and timely settlement. You can quickly switch between the different tasks and topics, keep an overview and set the right priorities. Experience in administrative tasks in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment is a plus. You live in the Stockholm area and are available for 32 to 40 hours a week. You can look ahead and provide analytical insights, combined with a strong 'can-do' attitude. Besides that you are:
• Willing to take responsibility and can work independently;
• Structured and goal-oriented;
• Open and communicative;
• Skilled in MS Office and if you also know your way around in MS Dynamics it's a big plus.
• Thinking in solutions instead of problems;
• A self-starter that knows what work needs to be done;
• Fluent language skills (written and verbal) in Swedish and English (another Nordic language is a plus)
