If so, our customer in Karlskrona have an open consultant position for you which is very likely to transfer into an employment!
This recruitment is a collaboration between NKT and Experis.
You will be part of the High Voltage Cable (HVC) unit in Karlskrona, Sweden. We develop and manufacture HVC systems for installation on land and offshore. The unit is the world's most comprehensive supplier of cable systems for high voltages. We create efficient, environmentally friendly, sustainable and high technology energy transmissions for the whole world. Today we are about 750 employees.
Your responsibility:
We have an exciting future ahead of us and now it is time to strengthen our team with a project controller. Are you ready to put your skills to the test in our cutting-edge environment in our global projects?
You will start of to support the project controllers and as the you develop you will advance to take more responsibility. After this "learning phase" you will have a key role as commercial/financial partner to our project managers. Depending on the level of complexity, you will be part of one or more projects simultaneously. You will help to move projects forward in order to meet cost targets, deadlines and ensure commercial success. In addition to working in the project team you will also be part of our controlling team where you will contribute to the further development of our processes and assist in improving the level of professionalism in our project controlling team.
At HVC, you will have the opportunity to work on fascinating projects, mostly in an international setting and with highly challenging risk management and communication needs. This is certainly an environment in which you can put your experience to work but you will also receive high quality training and develop your skills.
Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics or similar and at least a few years' experience in project controlling or similar. Job specific qualifications such as certified project controller will be to your advantage. Your spoken and written English are at a high level of fluency and you are able to express your opinions clearly and convincingly. You are a communicative, committed and a structured team player with business acumen and a proactive approach. Your openness and interest in your colleagues' perspectives enables you to integrate people from different backgrounds successfully. Finally, this networking role demands a high level of drive as well as strong analytical and organizational skills.
