hela Sverige We are looking for a Project Controller Assistant for an assignment in Linköping.
Tasks
• Applying SAP CATS time reporting to all SIT based resources and supporting the engineers in getting started with
• ?Chasing project member? to book all their hours into SAP
• Match SAP entries vs. "paper" version of time sheet and ensure, that numbers equal in both
• Supporting line controller and project controller to prepare, complete and submit a monthly invoice to SAG Erlangen, supported by sufficient reports (time, names, money) as stated above
• Being the interface between project and SIT finance together with project controller
• Participating in PM Lead team budget meetings together with project controller
• Printing reports for management
Skills and Experience:
Experience of project or financial control;
Highly proficient in, office automation software and databases, such as MS office including Excel;
Experience with SAP;
Attention to detail;
Good communication skills;
Ability to work as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks and a stringent schedule;
Initiative and motivation to perform to high standards in a demanding environment;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the outside world;
Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an asset;
Duration: until end of 2011 with possible prolonging.
