We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who is willing to get involved in one of our biggest contracts and wants a challenging and varied job.
The project controller is a key member of the project team and works directly with the project manager to help define the project's goals and objectives; create and maintain a project's budget and schedule, analyze progress reported against the work schedules; and recommend actions to improve progress. You will be reporting directly to the business unit head of finance, as well as to the projects' steering committee were you are expected to be part of the meetings and present financial data and direction.
Your profile
We are looking for a business driven and strategic controller with a few years' experience within the field. As a person we would like to see:
• You have a solid financial background, business understanding and ability to work efficiently.
• You are flexible, communicative and have the ability to prioritize during heavy workload.
• You have an eye for detail but at the same time look at the bigger picture.
• You are confident in yourself and act with clear ethical values.
We are using Agresso, Sherpa and Excel as our tools so experience within these systems is welcomed but not mandatory.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
What you will be a part of
Airborne ISR, a business unit within the business area Support and Services, is responsible for modifying Special Mission Aircraft as well as integrated support solutions after delivery. The finance department, as of today, consist of four controllers and head of finance. Our culture is fast-paced and requires flexibility in approach as well as having a can-do attitude.
