Graphmatech is growing and therefore we are now looking for a project controller to join our finance department at our office in Uppsala.
You are curious and engaged to learn, investigate, and develop all parts of the finance process' together with the rest of the extended finance team. You have probably some experience of basic bookkeeping but are now ready to take new steps into more controlling and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities
Contributing to the continued development of our processes supporting an efficient workflow in our growing company.
Support the organization on ad-hoc requests mainly within administration
Budget follow-up for the departments and different types of costs, including preparing reports.
Keep our data room up to date continuously, including all kind of agreements.
Calculate and report our scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions (greenhouse gas emissions according to the GHG).
Support the CFO and the department in the ongoing work.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you have previously worked as a bookkeeper/controller and have at least 3 years of experience in similar.
You have a very good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
As a person, you are driven, committed, and take great responsibility for your work tasks and ensure delivery with good results.
You are a very structured and collaborative person that can help us grow and develop our finance department - you are attracted to be involved and influence and come up with new ways of thinking, solutions, and ideas and you like to implement the same.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to work towards deadlines, prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment as well us structured on documenting what we do.
Hands-on personality and ability to work with a wide range of operative tasks. And you can set/make demands on yourself and others.
Have a positive mindset and constructive/proactive way when solving tasks.
Well acquainted with Microsoft Office and Teams. Excel is your best friend!
This position is a full-time employment but for the right person, we are open for 75-100%.
