You will report to the Project Manager.
Job description:
• Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports.
• Evaluate and propose enhancements of the customers Cost Control procedures.
• Monitor, record and control procurement and payment activities.
• Coordinates with customers Cost Controller and Accounting.
• Prepare Monthly Cost Control and Progress Reports.
• Prepare coordination time schedules for the different site activities, like temporary facilities, construction, inspections, recommissioning,
turn over activities, etc.
• Monitor and control the different construction and installation contracts during execution.
• Follow and record the site contractor’s progress.
• Control, accept and register accounts on received invoices through customers Invoice System.
• Keep a Change Order record for each contract.
Required skills: Project controller with financial experience
