Global Engineering has the mission to deliver business benefits through investment in new capital assets. Delivery of this capital is accomplished through chartered projects that require a professional AstraZeneca team to lead and manage the overall efforts.
Global Engineering is now looking for a Project Control Administrator which will support the Project Control team in one of our capital projects in Sweden.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Process purchase requisitions, communicate with Procurement, and utilize our Procurement system to research issues or outstanding invoices.
• Invoice coordination - review invoice content for selected Purchase Orders and ensure compliance with contract.
• Work independently and directly with vendors to resolve financial issues, as applicable. Department liaison with Accounts Payable.
• Analyze travel charges and Net Trade Invoices to the capital project.
• Provide timely and accurate reports from SAP and iBuy to support project control engineers with cost analysis as part of monthly reporting cycle.
• Prepare analysis reports on periodic basis that show key metrics and trends for performance in purchasing and invoicing area. Includes tracking of issues for improvement work with Genpact.
Minimum Requirements - Education and Experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
• Finance background and experience in a similar role with related responsibilities is preferred
• AZ experience preferred

About the assignment
This assignment as a Project Control Administrator is a consulting assignment. The start date is soonest and project period is until September 30. Location is in Södertälje.
